Project Overview

Residential architecture with brick accents.

Hook is a duplex residence designed for two families, with its functions distributed across the levels. The living spaces are arranged upstairs, while the ground floor includes independent areas that can accommodate a potential business.

External staircases provide separate access to the two units and connect the upper floor to the higher level of the site. Balconies extend along the façade, giving each living space its own outdoor area.

Exposed brick marks the ground floor, while white surfaces and the dark roof define the residential level. Solar panels are placed on the roof.
