About these Terms
This document sets out the conditions for accessing and using the Architecture Drop website. By continuing to browse, you confirm that you have read and understood these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
The Website is intended for presentation purposes. These Terms do not replace a proposal, architectural design agreement, interior design agreement or any other contractual document concluded separately with a client.

The Website includes the home page, the filterable portfolio and project pages with text, images, galleries, plans or video materials, information about the studio, services and process, the contact page and RO/EN versions. It presents Architecture Drop’s work in architecture, interior design, 3D modelling and visualisation.
Architecture services are coordinated by architect Alexandru Poiană, an architect with signing rights in Romania and a member of the Romanian Order of Architects.
The text, images, descriptions of project stages and service information are general and portfolio-based. They do not constitute technical advice for a particular property and do not, in themselves, amount to a binding offer, cost estimate or promise concerning the cost, duration, authorisation or outcome of a future project.
The Website does not allow users to create accounts, place orders, make payments or enter automatically into a contract. An enquiry sent by email or telephone may lead to a tailored proposal, and a collaboration begins only under the terms subsequently agreed in writing by the parties.
The solutions presented in the portfolio were developed for specific contexts and clients. They do not constitute a promise that an identical result can be achieved in another project, which may depend on the site, regulations, budget, technical requirements and the involvement of other specialists.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, renderings, drawings, video materials, graphic elements, logo, visual identity, structure and code of the Website are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights and belong to Architecture Drop or are used with permission.

You agree not to use the Website for:
- illegal, fraudulent or abusive activities, or activities that infringe the rights of others;
- introducing malicious code or compromising the security, availability or performance of the Website;
- accessing systems, files or restricted areas without authorisation;

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and the Website operating properly. However, some information may become outdated, and the Website may be temporarily unavailable for technical, maintenance or other reasons beyond our control.
We may modify, replace, reorganise or remove content, projects or functionality at any time without affecting obligations assumed under existing contracts.
Communication by email and telephone
The Website provides direct links to our email address and telephone number. Selecting them may open your device’s email or telephone application. The Website does not currently use a contact form.
Sending an enquiry does not guarantee that a project will be accepted and does not automatically create a contractual relationship. Please do not include confidential information, special categories of personal data or unnecessary third-party data in your initial message.
Third-party links and resources
The Website includes links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and loads certain resources from third-party providers, including Google Fonts and the Adobe/Behance infrastructure used for some portfolio images. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control the content, availability or practices of these services and are not responsible for them, except where the law provides otherwise. The presence of a link does not automatically imply endorsement of external content.
Data protection

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Architecture Drop is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general information on the Website, for the temporary unavailability of third-party services or for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law or affects consumers’ mandatory rights.
Romanian and English versions
The Website can be viewed in Romanian and English using the RO/EN switch. The English translation is provided for accessibility and information. If the two versions of these Terms differ in interpretation, the Romanian version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, the services or applicable law. The version published on the Website applies, and the date of the latest update is shown at the beginning of this document.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. In the event of a disagreement, we encourage an amicable resolution first by contactingcontact@architecturedrop.com. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the courts with jurisdiction under the law.
