One module, multiple ways of living.

Green A. was conceived as a residential development able to respond to different needs and budgets. Rather than repeating the same house, the project begins with a base module that can be extended, reduced or developed vertically, creating basement-and-ground-floor or basement-plus-two-storey homes with varying areas.

Each configuration follows the same organisational logic. The basement accommodates vehicle access and ancillary spaces, while the living levels open onto gardens and terraces. Adapting the module allows each house to be personalised without changing the project’s architectural direction.

Shared materials, proportions and green roofs create a visual connection between the homes. The development reads as a family of houses built on the same principles, yet individually adapted to each resident.
